The Pezzetta family's dairy is located in Alta Carnia in Ovaro, at 525 metres above sea level. Production is rigorously careful and faithful to tradition, methods have always been artisanal with careful selection of milk and genuine products thus guaranteeing absolute quality.
The Smoked Goat's Milk Ricotta is a Friulian speciality made with goat's milk in the dairy located in Carnia at 525 metres above sea level and delicately smoked with virgin beechwood at a controlled temperature. It has a conical shape with a diameter of 5-6 cm, a size of approximately 200 g, an irregular surface with the classic colour of smoking, and a soft, compact ivory-coloured paste.
It is light because it has a low calorie content with a delicately smoked taste.Data sheet
