The Caramel Cream with Pink Himalayan Salt from Cioccolateria Veneziana is an original flavour that combines sweet, delicate notes with the boldness of pink Himalayan salt. Pink Himalayan salt is a very ancient, pure mineral salt. It is extremely rich in minerals, among which we find mainly iron. The characteristic pink colour is due both to the high presence of this mineral and to the fact that this special variety of salt is not subjected to any bleaching treatment. Perfect as an ingredient for a delicious treat, even for desserts, profiteroles and original chocolates. Excellent at any time of day. For better preservation, it is prepared in glass jars with an aluminium lid. It is recommended not to refrigerate the Caramel Spreadable Cream; to fully appreciate its creaminess it's best enjoyed at room temperature, after stirring it with a teaspoon. Gluten-free and palm oil-free.
