The Pistachio Cream by Cioccolateria Veneziana contains as much as 35% pistachio paste from Sicilian pistachios and is made without the addition of any colouring. It's excellent spread on bread, on rice cakes, dry biscuits or melba toast. Perfect as an ingredient for delicious desserts, profiteroles and original chocolates. Great at any time of day. For better preservation it is packed in glass jars with an aluminium lid. It is recommended not to refrigerate the Pistachio Spreadable Cream; to fully appreciate its creaminess it is best enjoyed at room temperature, after mixing it with a teaspoon.
