Nothing stops him: every day, together with his faithful lagotto dog, he covers kilometres braving the challenges of the weather in pursuit of his passion, the search for truffles in the woods of Lunigiana. But his work has also led him to work with truffles with the same passion and to create delicacies with truffle â this is how the Porcini Mushroom Cream came to be
