For an adult audience seeking an original and bold flavour. No palm oil. Gluten-free. With plant fibres. Tasting and pairing: it pairs very well with aged cheeses and dry biscuits, but is also excellent for use in preparing desserts. Contains no milk. For better preservation, we prepare it in glass jars with an aluminium lid. It is recommended not to refrigerate but to enjoy at room temperature. Before use, stir with a spoon to emulsify.
