Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots lie in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland devoted to agriculture, in the midst of a real â"forestâ" of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Vegan Mayonnaise is born

The Company

True to its origins and its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products focused on quality and the genuine flavours. Delicious food, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw ingredients and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

• Healthy and genuine products that meet the flavour of nature. The ingredients are selected by our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on every product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured with spices alone and sea salt.

Fun fact: Marco gathered the recipes handed down by his grandmother, makes them by hand, and offers them in his jars. Jars which in Ligurian dialect are called â"i cupinâ". Discover our cupin!

Vegan Mayonnaise

100% vegan mayonnaise because it is made in a sterile lab with no contamination from other foods. It contains only 100% Italian plant-based ingredients and organic ones. Vegan yes, but as good as mayonnaise. Made with selected ingredients. With soy, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Vegan ...but just like traditional mayonnaise. Contains no eggs or ingredients of animal origin. Try it and enjoy the taste!
