Kauss Servaja

Servaja is a lager made with barley and chestnuts sourced locally (Km0). In fact, 25% of the total fermentable content is made up of chestnuts harvested, sorted, shelled and peeled by hand in the woods between Venasca and Isasca, in the province of Cuneo, just a few km from the Kauss brewery. A delicate, easy-drinking blonde beer that enhances and captures the nature of the Varaita valley. Bitterness: 2 out of 5 Sweetness: 1 out of 5 Alcohol content: 5.9% vol Kauss beers are 100% craft-made, therefore the alcohol content may vary slightly depending on the production batch.
