Organic strawberry juice and pulp

on the Loro Ciuffenna plateau near the vines and olive trees, we grow various Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while in the mountains we gather wild berries and chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams. Over the years we have gained great expertise in organic farming and in processing agricultural produce. But our focus, besides growing the land, is also on the processing side. From this idea came a series of specialities typical of our region and our mountains, which at the same time have that distinctive exclusivity of recipes combining flavours and tastes that are often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful processing and make them available so you can savour unique, traditional flavours. Each of our products has a unique taste. Prepared following every step, with simple methods and genuine ingredients. We have a great wish that drives us every day to carry forward our project: to leave our children a world that takes thebest from the past while rediscovering our roots! The organic strawberry juice withno added sugar is excellent in milk for delicious milkshakes, or for making homemade slushes and ice pops for a healthy snack. Diluted with plenty of water it can beused to soak sponge cakes or biscuits for summer tiramisù, while thickened with agar-agar it can be used as asyrup for ice cream and panna cotta or as a glaze for fruit tarts. Added to prosecco, sparkling wine or white wine it becomesan aperitif to amaze your friends with, or an unusual and pleasant accompaniment to dessert.
