We brew our beers using only local raw materials. A project born from people who live and work in the mountains and want to celebrate the alpine valleys and those who inhabit them 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and raw materials from Piedmont, grown and processed locally. The goal is to add value to rural economies and the alpine territory, rich in history and tradition. In weizen-bock style, Santa Kauss is a Christmas beer of great complexity that recalls both styles it embodies. Intense brown in colour, warm and round, with powerful sweet and fruity notes on the nose alongside a distinct alcoholic note. On the palate you'll enjoy malty, caramel flavours, dried fruit and banana. The bitterness from the hops is well balanced, giving it a dry finish, after a delicately tangy passage. Bitterness: 0 Sweetness: 0 0 0 Able to express both styles thanks to its complexity. Intensely dark, soft and round with sweet fruity notes, the malty flavour followed by notes of banana and toasted dried fruit. The hops are skilfully dosed, keeping the bitterness contained. The finish on the palate is full and lingering. Kauss beers are 100% craft-brewed, so the alcohol content may vary slightly depending on the production batch.
