A specialty prepared with the summer truffle: one of the easiest species to find, most abundant. It has a long harvest period, the summer truffle is widespread throughout the world. It has a scent that recalls the aroma of porcini mushrooms, with notes of hazelnut and undergrowthIts intensity increases with maturation.  Presents a The flavor is delicate, leaving a pleasant and non-invasive aftertaste. This truffle prefers calcareous and well-drained soils and grows mainly in symbiosis with oaks, hazelnuts, hornbeams and lime trees.

Truffle sauce

It is prepared with cultivated mushrooms 50% (Agaricus Bisporus) from Italy and our best Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) origin Italy (Abruzzo and Molise), in olive oil and black olives. With a unique flavor and a strong taste, it is perfect for preparing tasty bruschetta or to be used for the preparation of first and second courses.

Truffle sauce is a product that can be used in many preparations, perfect for adding a touch of flavour to appetizers and meats. It is ideal for creating tasty appetizers, or simply to enjoy. on toasted bread or for enhance a first course. Ideal eaten at room temperature or heated in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Recommended doses: 20-25 grams per person.

Pairings: Perfect on scallops, with roast or boiled meats or as an ingredient for omelettes. Simply spread on toast! For a tasty dish of noodles. Perfect for the poached eggs. On pizza.
