The Tuscan Crostini Sauce is part of the Prestige line, born from careful historical-culinary and scientific research. Research aimed at offering genuine products, without preservatives, which respect the authenticity of the raw material. The company has been selecting the best for more than 30 years fresh truffles. Truffles, collected mainly in the regions of center of Italy based on seasonality, are carefully selected by a team of experts. “Caterina's recipes” are dedicated to Catherine de 'Medici and collect a selection of typical Tuscan recipes.

Enjoy it with: It is recommended to enjoy the product hot and add a little broth to the dough in the amount of 2 tablespoons for every 90 g of product. According to tradition, the bread must be lightly toasted in the oven and soaked on one side only in hot broth; on the other side pour the heated dough. Alternatively toast bread in the oven and spread the previously heated mixture in a saucepan and add broth or water if desired, if the mixture is too thick. You can add some capers for a more delicious taste.
