There truffle sauce It is part of the Prestige line, born from careful historical-culinary and scientific research, aimed at offering genuine products, without preservatives, which respect theauthenticity of raw materials.

Flavor: A flavor intense and penetrating typical of the white spring truffle, with a dense, grainy consistency.

The product is used for first courses, in some basic doughs, for croutons and bruschetta either on meats or on pizzas.

This sauce can be used to make canapes, hot croutons previously toasted in the oven or cold or to fill focaccia. Excellent for season first courses, it is recommended to sauté the product in a pan with pasta, preferably semolina and short, just drained. If necessary, add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan or simply cream or butter, broth or pasta water. For a touch of class, place some truffle carpaccio on top of the pasta.

The exceptional versatility of this sauce means that it can also be used as a garnish. croutons with fresh truffle flakes.
