Ours is a small reality where nothing is left to chance. Here we produce our wines using only our grapes. The vineyards are located between Monforte d'Alba, New, La Morra And Barbaresco. Areas particularly suitable for adults Langhe wines. We take care of the whole process: from production, to refinement to sale. We follow the whole process to guarantee the best quality.

Variety: Freisa 100%
Harvest: manual in crates.
Vinification: crushing, destemming and fermentation in steel tanks and oak tonneaux of different capacities, without temperature control. Fermentation for 7 days with manual punching down and regular gravity pumping over. Post-fermentation maceration for 20 days.
Aging: about 6 months in new barrels, 6 months in old barrels and about 2 months in steel.
Production: approximately 2,000 to 3,000 bottles per year.
