Here, in their Florentine laboratory, for thirty years now Claudio and his sister Claudia have been carrying out with great passion and professionalism creations where the chocolate is the protagonist. It is in fact precisely at Florence that the pastry art of the Pistocchi house was born, with the chocolate cakes real specialties, the you cremini ei dragées. Three chocolate and fruit tarts.  with hazelnut,

Thanks to their commitment, their great passion and professionalism Dragées e their Cakes are recognized and award-winning. TO international level, also for 2017, the Florentine chocolate laboratory TortaPistocchi received awards. At the World Chocolate Finals International Chocolate Awards in London were awarded three major prizes: thegold thanks to  raisin dragées, chocolate al milk, bitter almond and sea salt. It's a silver medal with i dragées of pistachio and white chocolate already world gold in 2016.

Il loro laboratorio, le loro ricette non hanno segreti, ogni torta è frutto solo di un'attenzione certosina e di una manualità che si è perfezionata nel corso degli anni. In nessuna torta è previsto l'uso di farine, burro, uova o zucchero. I cioccolati fondenti, la polvere di cacao purissima e una dose minima di crema di latte sono gli unici ingredienti di un "grande" cioccolatino, in alcuni casi arricchito di profumati frutti o aromatiche spezie.
