Flowered Goat Rind 

Cheese produced with raw milk. We prepare it using the goat milk with lactic coagulation. He shows up with one white rind with nuances that change as the seasoning increases. The paste becomes creamy with increasing seasoning thanks to the proteolysis process. Its texture is of a consistency soft and homogeneous, the taste is generally sweet and slightly aromatic. Its aroma is delicate with a pleasant sweet streak. A tasty cheese, also suitable for those who are not usually fond of goat cheeses thanks to its generally sweet taste. It is also excellent for a protein snack to prepare the savory pies and to be served with i croutons on a nice cutting board.
