We are on the slopes of Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscany , the company develops with plots of land that extend between 300 and 1300 metres above sea level, an ideal physical situation for producing a wide range of products. on the Loro Ciuffenna plateau near the vines and olive trees, we grow different Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while in the mountains we collect berries and chestnuts and a good part of the fruit we use for our jams.

THE ceci al naturale Bio, they are ready to eat even without needing to be reheated. They are excellent as single dish, nell’insalata, da soli oppure con tonno, baccalà o con il pesce al piatto.
Si possono scaldare con l’aggiunta di acqua o brodo per diventare gustose zuppe, magari aggiungendo farro, orzo o altri cereali oppure semplici pieces of bread.
Ottimi anche per preparare hummus e creme.
