Ours is a small reality where nothing is left to chance. Here we produce our wines using only our grapes. The vineyards are located between Monforte d'Alba, New, La Morra And Barbaresco. Areas particularly suitable for adults Langhe wines. We take care of the whole process: from production, to refinement to sale. We follow the whole process to guarantee the best quality.

Variety: Nebbiolo 100%
Harvest: manual in crates.
Vinification: pressing, destemming and cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in 500 liter vertical tonneaus (first use French oak) for 6 days with punching down and aeration of the must by hand.
Post-fermentation maceration for 25 days with the cap emerging.
Refinement: in French and American oak tonneau first and second pass for 30 months.
Production: 838 bottles of which 80 magnums.
The label represents the map of the vineyard owned of the La Biòca winery in Ravera (municipality of Novello) hand painted.
Produced in very few bottles by one of the most important company Crus, it pairs excellently with red meats long cooking, ai braised and very mature hard cheeses. Excellent for meditation.
