Ingrediants for the Cookies with buckwheat and cranberries:
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of white sugar
- 50 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 200 g of flour
- 50 g of buckwheat flour
- 50 g of cranberries
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanillin
Preparation:

Whip the margarine with the two types of sugar. Add an egg. Then put the 00 flour and the buckwheat flour, the baking powder and the vanillin and mix until you get a soft and slightly sticky dough. Add the cranberries and let them distribute in the dough.
With slightly damp hands, take small pieces of dough and form balls which you will place on the baking tray.
Bake i Cookies with buckwheat and cranberries at 180° and cook for 10/15 minutes, then let it cool down and serve.
