Ingrediants for the Buckwheat cookies and chocolate:

- 30 g of soft butter
- 80 g of brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 60g of buckwheat flour
- 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
- 30 g of bitter cocoa
- 70 g of bitter chocolate drops
Preparation:
To prepare excellent buckwheat cookies and chocolate you have to whip the butter with the brown sugar until they are well blended. Add a pinch of salt and the vanilla extract. Add the egg and whisk again until well incorporated.
Add the sifted cocoa with the baking soda and buckwheat flour and mix.
With slightly damp hands, take small pieces of dough and form balls which you will place on the baking sheet.
Bake i Biscuits at 170° and cook for 15 minutes, then leave to cool and serve.
