Born as a poor dish in the Tuscan countryside, prepared with black cabbage, vegetables, i cannellini beans and the stale bread. Good, substantial and tasty. It was prepared in large quantities especially the lean friday and then "boiled” in the days to come. Heat it by sautéing it in a pan and serve it with a drizzle of oil extra virgin olive oil!

There boiled is part of the Prestige line, born from careful historical-culinary and scientific research. Research aimed at offering genuine products, without preservatives, which respect the authenticity of the raw material. The company has been selecting the best for more than 30 years fresh truffles. Truffles, collected mainly in the regions of center of Italy based on seasonality, are carefully selected by a team of experts. “Caterina's recipes” are dedicated to Catherine de 'Medici and collect a selection of typical Tuscan recipes.

Enjoy it with: Typical dish of poor Tuscan cuisine based on bread and vegetables with a rich and velvety flavour. Of peasant origin, once upon a time in the countryside housewives cooked a large quantity of it. Especially of thin, on Friday. Then the vegetable and legume soup, prepared with the stale bread, was coming “boiled” in a pan in the following days, hence the name. It is recommended to enjoy the product hot. Open the lid and heat at bain-marie either in the microwave or directly in the pan.
