wines from the cellar Baglio Baiata Alagna they transmit tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Grillo DOC is a fresh table wine with intense aromas obtained from Grillo grapes grown in the area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo.
Grillo is an autochthonous white grape variety present above all in the Marsala area, it finds a good habitat in sandy and arid soils, exposed to the sun which give it a rather high degree of sugar. In purity from Grillo grapes, it immediately presents its vivacity in color and tropical scent reminiscent of mango and papaya, with hints of hay and white flowers. Harmonious with its taste and slightly tannic.
Perfect with fish appetizers, first and second courses of fish, it also goes well with white meats and cured meats.
