Grappa Queen
A chardonnay grappa with an intense taste prepared with thanks to the long family tradition since 1960 in the world of spirits and liqueurs. It is produced by the artisan know-how. The grappa of our Venetian tradition. The grape variety most used in this distillate is that of chardonnay. Grappa Regina is the grappa that most represents us, we have been producing it since 1960. It is distilled with the traditional boiler method in a bain-marie, the boilers are rigorously made of copper and the method used is called "discontinuous", characteristic of craft distillations which produce small batches and small productions unlike industrial productions which use a continuous method. The pomace is used "young and fresh" and is personally selected by our sommelier Francesco Mengo. Pleasant and intense aroma and a balanced and fresh taste. Clean and intense flavor on the palate.
It is recommended to taste alone in tulip glass at room temperature and in any case not cold. During the summer the best temperature is around 16/18°C, it can be kept cool in the cellar.
