Grappa Regina Barrique 40°
A Cabernet grappa aged 18 months in barrels Slavonian oak. Prepared with thanks to the long family tradition since 1960 in the world of spirits and liqueurs. It is produced by the wisdom and craftsmanship. A distillate that represents the highest expression of the distillery's alcoholic production. The vine used is cabernet and the selection of marc is entrusted to the sommelier Francesco Mengo. Grappa Regina Barrique is obtained from distillation of fresh Venetian pomace selected. It is distilled with the discontinuous method in copper bain-marie boilers. The grappa rests for a period of at least 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels where it refines and rounds off its original aromas and fragrances. A distillate that contains the best of our alcoholic production. Grappa that has a strong and intense aroma. The taste is full-bodied and soft.
It is recommended to taste alone in tulip glass wide at room temperature and in any case not cold. It is advisable to taste it at a temperature between 15 and 17 degrees.
Excellent to be enjoyed in combination with a picture of cocoa mass or to del dark chocolate 90%
