It all started in the 80s in a small town in Sicily, Here Pino Piano learns the trade in a pastry shop and discovers his passion. From there a long road has been traveled full of study, of merchandise for learn the secrets of the ingredients, research and practice, a lot of practice.

From 2004 he moved to Trieste. Here every day with passion makes simple products special for everyday pleasures like Shortbread!

Made with cioccolato Grand Cru di altissima qualità, ottenuto da selezionate varietà di cacao provenienti da terroir d’eccellenza, queste frolle sprigionano un sapore ricco, profondo e aromatico.
