It all started in the 80s in a small town in Sicily, Here Pino Piano learns the trade in a pastry shop and discovers his passion. From there a long road has been traveled full of study, of merchandise for learn the secrets of the ingredients, research and practice, a lot of practice.

From 2004 he moved to Trieste. Here every day with passion makes simple products special for everyday pleasures like Shortbread! 

Together with the mastery, the quality of the ingredients is the basis for the creation of an excellent product. The biscuits produced by hand and weekly with Wheat Type 1 and without added sugars. The focus here is always on quality and the selection of the finest raw materials.

All the phases of the production, starting from the selection of the ingredients are controlled. The dough, the cooking up to the packaging. All to privilege the quality.
