The Classic Frico contains the essence of Friuli, represents the culinary typicality of an entire territory. It is prepared with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, diced and mixed with potatoes. It is pre-cooked in the oven and offered vacuum-packed, to ensure the longest possible shelf life. Just heat it for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without adding fat.
The Frico with potatoes is a typical dish produced in the Friulian cuisine which has its roots in the Carnia area. Traditionally it was prepared with cheese scraps, today instead the Friulian cheeses (both fresh and aged) are expertly selected and cut into cubes. Mixed with potatoes and pre-cooked in the oven.
The product we present must only be heated in a non-stick pan. Or in the microwave without adding oil or butter.
