Since 1909 the family Mussini  produces balsamic vinegars of the highest quality in the IGP forms of Balsamic vinegar of Modena with different intensities, all products are made with cooked must And wine vinegar with a characteristic intense brown color, with a persistent odor and a sweet and sour taste and balanced and this is where it is produced the Bittersweet White Condiment

We obtain it following the method of our family tradition. Based on cooked must of selected white grapes, in particular Trebbiano, combined with a small quantity of wine vinegar. Following the initial mixture, this product has an intense straw yellow color. And it is refined inside oak barrels. After refining, its high density is reached and obtaining a full-bodied aftertaste.
