The truffle butter is worked with flakes of bianchetto truffle and it is very creamy.

The White Truffle prefers sandy, sandy-loamy, and calcareous-clay soils, and grows mainly in broad-leaved and coniferous forests, in symbiosis with the roots of pine, cedar, beech, downy oak, oak and holm oak.
Main characteristics of the Bianchetto truffle:
Appearance: le sue dimensioni sono piuttosto piccole, ha una forma per lo più globosa. Il colore esterno bianco ocra che può avere tonalità più scure tendenti al rosso. Internamente colore è piuttosto chiaro con venature biancastre.
Scent: inizialmente delicato via via tendente all’agliaceo
Taste: strong, spicy and very garlicky
