Ingredients for our lemon and cornmeal biscuits:
- 1 egg
- 150 g. of sugar
- 100 g. seed oil
- Juice of one lemon
- Peel of two lemons
- 200 gr. Andrea Fanchi corn flour
- 100 g. wheat flour Andrea Fanchi
- ½ sachet of yeast
Preparation:

Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the oil, juice and lemon peel and mix well.
Insert the white flour and the cornmeal and finally the yeast.
Mix everything, then with your hands make balls of about 20 gr. to be placed on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook i Lemon and cornmeal biscuits at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
