The wines from the cellar Baglio Baiata Alagna they transmit tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Amarsa bitter flavored wine is a Marsala-based amaro, an original product of great character.
Amarsa is the fruit of the great experience and tradition of Marsala wine of the Alagna house, the amaro flavored wine is a reinterpretation of Marsala wine expertly flavored with citrus fruits and gentian in homage to the traditional recipes of Marsala. The bitter flavored wine is pleasantly aromatic with orange notes, it is excellent digestive at the end of a meal and served cold or iced, it is perfect for preparing refined dishes cocktail. It keeps for a long time maintaining its organoleptic characteristics. The amaro among the Marsalas, a sip with a strong and intense taste, a bitter taste with sweet hints, made with selected grapes to obtain its beautiful amber color.
