The Curiosa

When we say Puglia we say Tarallo. I have a real fixation for taralli, a little mania. It will be that I have been lucky enough to eat them since I was born, being my father originally from Puglia. I thus had the opportunity to taste all types and from many ovens. The Tarallo Bollito by Arte Bianca is crunchy on the outside and crumbly on the inside, made as the most ancient Apulian tradition wants. It is easy to start eating them, one after the other, but very difficult to stop before finishing the package. I challenge you.

Tarallo bollito Doc is the flagship product of the ancient Foggia Arte Dianca Doc oven.
Its peculiarity is due to the double cooking, first boiling and then baking in the oven, which give the tarallo a sweet crunchiness on the outside and a tasty friability inside.
Produced with extra virgin olive oil and flavored with fennel seeds, it is made in Puglia in all its essence, for this "doc". It best represents the goodness of Apulian gastronomy.
