Rosé wine made according to the Provençal recipe: soft pressing and short maceration on the skins, then racking. The result is a pleasant wine (especially in summer), vintage, mineral and with a long persistence fruity and floral notes, from rose first of all, hence the name.
The blend includes a 50% of Syrah (the traditional vine used in Provence for rosé) and a 50% of Sangiovese to give it a Tuscan touch. Wine much appreciated by a young public not very familiar with the world of wine, but also appreciated by connoisseurs for its quality.
It is recommended to serve it fresh.
