Vegetable Ragout
Domenico Mangiarano, a traveler and food and wine enthusiast, tells his story: over the years I have worked hard to find small producers who are able to faithfully reproduce gastronomic specialties and ingredients of the highest quality. Our products are passion fruit and hard work. And the rediscovery of recipes that hark back to tradition. And in this wandering of mine, the production of quality pasta, made with the best ingredients. With careful processing and slow drying and bronze drawn. I focused on the quality of the ingredients: made with the 50% of tomato pulp as
base. Enriched by vegetables selected and harvested at the right ripeness. I leeks and fennel, with their sweetness. The peppers that bring the right spiciness that adds strength. The extra virgin olive oil for slow cooking and to harmoniously blend all the ingredients. And then the herbs, thyme and basil. Which enhance the sauce and enrich its aroma.
We invite you to open the jar and smell the scent it gives off.
