The Alchemist

A moderately dry sparkling wine, for all occasions. Extra dry is the most versatile and widespread version of Prosecco. It is produced from 100% Glera grapes from vineyards located on the hills of Conegliano owned by the Bernardi family. It has a pale straw yellow color and a fine but persistent perlage. It gives off a very fruity scent where green apple and citrus fruits prevail but then hints of banana, wisteria and acacia creep into the nose. It is a sparkling wine with an average long fermentation whose vinification process gives it a natural sugar residue of 15 grams per liter. It is this balanced combination of sweetness and acidity that makes it perfect as an aperitif, with any buffet, with a pizza, first courses and fish-based dishes.

Bernardi Ogliano
