Prosecco Treviso Spumante DOC
16 hectares of which 13 are cultivated with vineyards, grouped around the company center. The company now boasts more than four generations, with new generations gradually taking over and joining in. With a view to traditional processing methods, new technologies have been added. Here, what can make the wine better is combined with market demands. But the strong attachment to one's own territory, the love for nature and the quality of one's products, these are values that always remain.
It is 1972, the search for more suitable lands leads the Bernardi family to move to the hills of Ogliano di Conegliano. In 2007, the son Guido decides to link the company name to the territory: Bernardi Ogliano is born.
Over time and with respect for nature, we have equipped ourselves with solar and photovoltaic panels. And we are also SQNPI certified for sustainable quality of our products.

Prosecco obtained from 100% Glera grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in mid-September in the estate vineyards on the hills of Conegliano.
Production area: our own vineyards on the hills of the upper Treviso area.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: intense and fruity, in which the aromas stand out apple, citrus and hints of tropical fruit, floral with a predominance of wisteria and acacia.
Taste: just the right amount of freshness, pleasant, harmonious, pleasant aftertaste.
Pairings: excellent with aperitif, with cold and hot starters, first courses in general, fish-based dishes.
Serving temperature: 6/8° C.
Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
