Since 1998 we have been growing exclusively using organic methods, driven by the belief that a healthy diet starts from a respected and fertile land. We grow legumes, cereals and olive trees, following sustainable agricultural practices such as crop rotation and organic fertilization. We are a young and dynamic company that combines tradition and innovation, thanks also to the collaboration with the University of Agriculture of Perugia. We have an ambitious project: the recovery of ancient and forgotten varieties such as Verna and Gentilrosso grains, the Senatore Cappelli wheat, einkorn wheat, grass pea, black chickpea and pure barley. Our desire.
We produce with respect for nature, offering authentic products. Our cereals represent the union between Umbrian agricultural tradition and sustainable agriculture. But we do not only produce cereals and legumes, we also dedicate ourselves to the practice of olive cultivation.
- Our extra virgin olive oil is born from the union of four of the most prized native cultivars of central Italy – Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio And Pendulum – selected to express all the nuances of the territory, from the herbaceous scents to the bitter and spicy notes that determine their character. The fruits are harvested by hand already in the first days of October, when their degree of ripeness is optimal. This practice, although more laborious, guarantees whole and undamaged olives, preserving their aromas and polyphenols and the possibility of obtaining the excellent quality of the oil.

How to use extra virgin olive oil: Try it raw: on bruschetta, salads, fish carpaccio and raw vegetables, so as not to cover the delicate aromatic notes. Or in cooking: to stir risottos, sauté vegetables or flavour soups.
