The Genuina

Tuscan olive oils are often characterized by their richness in polyphenols and attack the throat and the palate with their "pinch". This oil, despite being Tuscan, remains light, without overwhelming dishes, and is therefore perfect in salads, artichoke dips and delicate legume soups, such as chickpea soup.

the Bottaccio farm  is olive grower in the splendid Maremma, an uncontaminated place where nature is the master. Very suitable area for the cultivation ofolive trees from remote times. Here for four generations the passion for these wonderful plants and for the fruits they can bear has been carried on: the olives and this is where theClassic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Classic Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a superior category oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It is produced with olives of different varieties, harvested in the second half of November from olive trees of different ages located in mainly flat areas in the localities of Venturina Terme and Monterotondo Marittimo, in the province of Livorno.
