The sauce with white truffle Tuber Albidum Pico 5% It is part of the Prestige line, born from careful research historical-culinary and scientific, aimed at offering genuine products, without preservatives, which respect the authenticity of the raw materials.

With a delicate flavour characteristic of the bianchetto truffle;

smell: perfume aromatic and intense;

color: clear with hazelnut veins typical of mature biancatto;

consistency: velvety with truffle flakes.

This sauce can be used to make canapés, croutons, for stuff focaccia, to refine and ennoble white meats such as turkey or chicken. Excellent for season first courses, it is recommended to sauté the product in a pan with the freshly drained pasta. If necessary, add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan or simply cream or butter, broth or pasta water.

For a touch of class, place the pasta on top truffle carpaccio.
