The aubergine cream is also excellent on bruschetta and croutons, but I also see it very well as a dressing for short pasta with a base of garlic and oil which neutralize the vinegar when heated. And if you want to overdo it, add a diced mozzarella and some "confit" tomatoes and you will have a reinterpretation of the famous pasta alla Norma.

This Bio-solidarity cream contains the 68% of aubergines, mixed with excellent extra virgin olive oil to enhance its taste and give the right creaminess. The preparation is completed by an excellent cream of chillies, garlic, salt and a few drops of vinegar. Nothing else!
To satisfy the palate while respecting health and the environment, all the ingredients come from organic farming.

Retention time

If stored in the original closed package, in a cool place and away from direct light, the product will keep unaltered for 24 months from the date of production.

Method of conservation

Store in a cool place away from direct light; once opened, store in the refrigerator making sure that the vegetables are completely covered by the oil and consume within a few days

Biosolidale è un'associazione di ditte laziali che produce ortaggi e frutta biologica e li trasforma in azienda in salse, creme, composte e succhi di frutta bio di altissima qualità.
Tranne gli agrumi per le marmellate di mandarini, arance e limoni, gli altri ingredienti provengono dalla zona dei Castelli Romani. I prodotti vengono raccolti appositamente per essere trasformati.
Nelle verdure sott'olio viene usato esclusivamente un olio extravergine laziale che si sposa benissimo con i vari broccoletti, le cime di rape o i carciofi. I succhi di frutta sono composti per il 60% da frutta e per il 40% da succo d'uva dei loro vitigni Frascati, come dolcificante.
In tutta la linea dei prodotti Biosolidale sono banditi coloranti, correttori di acidità, conservanti e solfiti aggiunti. Sono prodotti semplici e buonissimi, di un'eccellenza unica.
