Vinification: fermentation and maceration in steel vats. Malolactic in steel.
Refinement: barriques for 10/12 months in oak wood.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Color: intense ruby red
Smell: the bouquet is broad, complex, fruity with tones of red fruit that brings us back to the undergrowth, notes of oak. light vanilla note.
Palate: soft, lively, moderately tannic, balanced, elegant and persistent.
Pairings: It is an elegant wine that can be combined with red meats, furred game and aged cheeses. But above all it goes well with good company. This wine offers great Tuscan sensations.
