Pistocchi Cremino cake with 5 chocolates

Simple components for a big chocolate soft and creamy, with an intense and persistent flavour, to be enjoyed at room temperature to capture all the immediacy and goodness of its ingredients. A new version of room temperature cake. The result of many years of experience. A blend of five fondant chocolates. Among these a Mexican Criollo with sweet notes and long persistence. Combined with the pasta and hazelnut oil and a hint of coffee.

The Pistocchi Family: Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi, brother and sister, have been working together in theirs for nearly 30 years Florentine laboratory. They dedicate themselves with great passion, only and exclusively to the production of this unique product in an environment not contaminated by gluten. Always attentive to innovation. Continuing the research process since the beginning of the first creation. Fixed point of the philosophy: thecraftsmanship of the product that continues to be handmade, now as then, with constantly increasing quality.

Products made only with: carefully selected raw materials, from natural vanilla to dark chocolate.
We do not use natural flavors, preservatives or vegetable fats other than cocoa butter. Candied citrus fruits with only fruit and sugar, an ancient Ethiopian Arabia, very fragrant red-brown cocoa, the best national hazelnuts. The choice of raw materials is a key point for the creation and quality of our products!

Il loro laboratorio, le loro ricette non hanno segreti, ogni torta è frutto solo di un'attenzione certosina e di una manualità che si è perfezionata nel corso degli anni. In nessuna torta è previsto l'uso di farine, burro, uova o zucchero. I cioccolati fondenti, la polvere di cacao purissima e una dose minima di crema di latte sono gli unici ingredienti di un "grande" cioccolatino, in alcuni casi arricchito di profumati frutti o aromatiche spezie.
