Recipe

An unusual combination? Gin Tonic Coffe:

Put some ice cubes in a cocktail glass, pour 35cl of Gin OT1190, fill the glass with tonic water, add 1 lemon slice on a skewer and garnish with 10ml of Cold Brew Coffee.

To obtain the Cold Brew Coffee, infuse 50 gr. of good coffee, possibly very aromatic, ground very coarsely in 500 cl of cold water for at least 12 hours. Filter everything and you will get a sweet and fragrant coffee because cold water does not dissolve the bitter notes of coffee.
