In our project we have married the Biological as a choice and as a philosophy, we respect the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting small businesses in our area, we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as us in order to propose ourselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. By raising consumer awareness of conscious purchasing and the importance of short supply chain and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves We only use organic products, lots of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. The pickles and creams are made with the best fresh local vegetables to which we add the highest quality Lazio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to obtain a product of unique excellence.
The Organic Ribo is realised according to the principles of’biological agriculture and the production process is artisanal.
The LESCA organic farm is located in the Po Valley near Pavia. Here one breathes an air of yesteryear, of traditional work that does not use fertilisers or other chemicals. Natural processes are followed and good agricultural practices are adopted, going against the trend towards quantitative production. Crops follow alternating sowing cycles to naturally replenish the humus in the soil and thus have good soil and good harvests.
We follow organic farming. We maintain the fertility and biological activity of the soil with multi-annual crop rotation, including leguminous and other green manure crops, and fertilisation is done with natural animal manure or organic matter.
The riso biologico Ribe integrale è caratterizzato da una grana lunga e struttura cristallina e compatta. Coltivato in tutta la Pianura Padana. Conserva le parti più nutritive del chicco, ricco di fibre, vitamine, oligoelementi, acidi grassi, carboidrati, sali minerali . Ha un maggior valore nutritivo del riso bianco.
Ha un sapore deciso e dopo cottura conserva per più giorni la consistenza ottima per insalate fredde e tiepide.
