Our company was born with the idea of enhancing the best products of our territory. We harvest every day. But not only that, we do it: early in the morning and in the early afternoon, so that we can always offer the greatest freshness.
The idea of the Gastronomic Panettone with Mortadella, Certaldo Onion and Alchermes It was born like this: One evening I, Mirko, found myself in dinner at Bottura where I tasted the panettone with lentils and cotechino. As a good Tuscan, I started to joke about it and said to myself, well...if Bottura can make panettone with cotechino, why can't we make it with onion? From here the project to create a very special gastronomic panettone. Made unique in taste by ingredients that are unique in themselves such as the Mortadella with Onion. A tasty Christmas!
Thanks to the use of jar cooking, our panettone can be preserved for a long time soft and fragrant. It maintains the right humidity and its aromas. Three days, a lot of care and attention. This is what we need to make our specialty, but it is really worth it! As soon as you open the lid you will be enveloped by its intense aroma and you will be able to savor all the flavor of Pancipolla. A delight.
But it doesn't end here: the jar that preserves it is a small jar in Weck® glass with gasket in natural rubber. It is ideal for oven and bain-marie cooking. You can use it for your preserves, jams, sauces. And to sterilize and pasteurize any type of product, from fruit to vegetables, from meat to fish to desserts.
