Our tasters' suggestion to accompany the Pinsa with cheeses and the Friulian salami. A journey of authentic flavours which aim to make people discover the traditional products of the our lands. Crunchiness and lightness thanks to the expert baking, here are the characteristics of our pinsa. You just have to fill it with the ingredients you prefer and bake it in hot oven for 6/7 minutes! Then try it with the Fresh Montasio DOP sweet and genuine and the Latteria Friulano with the flavour of milk and the scent of fresh grass. Enrich its flavour with the Salame Friulano. Produced only with the best parts of the pig, mostly derived from the processing and transformation of pigs raised on site. When cut, it has a beautiful red colour from the lean meat that combines with the white colour of the ground fat. The aroma is intense, traditional, while its flavour is very tasty. Ideal as an ingredient for delicious sandwiches and pinse. To accompany the Cabernet Franc with its robust, tannic, frank character and typical herbaceous flavor. Pinot Grigio full-bodied and full-flavoured with pleasant nuances of dried fruit and hay.
