This White chocolate it is a delicious bar made from selected raw materials It has an intense and natural flavour. Compared to dark chocolate, it contains milk powder and is richer in calcium and vitamins B2 and B3. To make this product, a combination of cocoa butter, sugar and milk or milk-based products is created. To obtain a classic tablet it is important to use the right doses.

White chocolate with toasted hazelnuts 

Tablet of white chocolate with hazelnut Round Gentle Trilobate, also known as PGI Piedmont hazelnut, toasted. They are entirely handmade with only cocoa butter, without added fats, and with a low percentage of sugar, which is why each bar of white chocolate with hazelnut. Furthermore they do not contain gluten.
The minimum cocoa is 31% for a high quality product.

Gluten free and also suitable for those who follow one vegan diet.
