A delicious heart-shaped Valentine's cake, made with a selection of a few simple ingredients. The protagonist of these recipes is the combination of strawberries and chocolate!

Ingrediants:

For the base (24×24 square pan):
• 150 g of 00 flour
• 100 g of fine cornmeal
• 150 g of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 180 g of ricotta
• 90 ml of seed oil
• 40ml of Strawberry nectar
• 1 sachet of baking powder

For the cream:
• 500 g of mascarpone
• 4 spoons of Strawberry Jam and Choco Fruit Chocolate
• 2 tablespoons of icing sugar

Preparation of St. Valentine cake:

Start preparing the Valentine's Cake from the base. Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast) in a bowl and mix. In another bowl, however, mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, ricotta, strawberry nectar and seed oil. At this point, add the dry ingredients to the liquids a little at a time, mixing well until completely absorbed. Then pour the mixture into the buttered and floured pan and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, take care of the cream. Whip the mascarpone with the strawberry Choco Fruit and the icing sugar, using an electric whisk. In the end, you will have to obtain a homogeneous cream. Then take the base of the cake that you will have cooked and left to cool. With a heart-shaped mold or card, engrave the surface of the cake. Empty it leaving a base of at least 1 cm. At this point, wet the inside with the strawberry nectar. Then fill the heart shape with tufts of cream and decorate as desired. Don't forget to dust the outside with powdered sugar.
