la famiglia Petrilli ha origini molto antiche e una lunga storia. Già dal 1300 signori di Trevico noto come il Tetto d'Irpina, il paese più alto della Baronia. Fin dall'epoca proprietari di terre coltivate e del Castello ma anche dediti all'attività farmaceutica realizzando preparati galenici nell'antico Palazzo di famiglia. Nel corso degli anni l'attività agricola non era stata sviluppata fino a quando nel 1997 Ciriaco con la moglie Marianna, di famiglia frantoiana, hanno preso a cuore il progetto oleario e hanno impiantato ben 16 ettari di oliveti, decisi a promuovere una varietà tipica della zona: la ravece e la coltivazione dell'olivo biologico. Ma il progetto non si è esaurito nella coltivazione, hanno realizzato un frantoio e un bella struttura per l'ospitalità. La filiera a questo punto è completa: coltivazione, produzione e frangitura! qualità controllata, un'equazione perfetta. L'anima dell'azienda riflette lo spirito di entrambi i proprietari: da un lato Marianna, farmacista e naturopata, alla ricerca dell'autenticità dei sapori del territorio, del naturale e sano e dall'altra Ciriaco: produrre in sintonia con la natura e con l'ambiente naturale. Da qui i valori che ogni giorno portano avanti sono la cura della terra, il rispetto della natura e dei sui ritmi, la genuinità dei prodotti.
