We want to create characteristic products within our country, respectful of the environment and what nature has given us. The brewery is located in Prato between San Martino and Coiano. Giulio has always had a passion for beer. Since he was a boy he cultivated it starting at home with DIY kits. But the dream was always there: one day I want to have my own microbrewery where I can produce quality beers and experiment!

All our beers are strictly do not filter And unpasteurized and produced in our factory in limited quantities to ensure greater freshness to the product we offer.

It's a IPA sessions from the light color, with its 4.3° will enchant all hop lovers. Thanks to the expert hopping, the bitterness emerges in the mouth. The characteristic is the bitter clean and a fruity aroma are its main features, thanks also to the low carbonation and the light alcohol content will be even more easy drinking. 

Perfect as an aperitif to serve with a nice platter of mature cheeses. Ideal with the tastiest meat dishes such as wet or important dishes such as stews. With an intense flavour and a hoppy taste, it is the beer of the evening barbecue with friends perfect for sharing!

Un microbirrificio tra San Martino e Coiano. Qui Giulio, maestro birraio e anima del birrificio, produce birra artigianale. La passione c'è sempre stata per il mondo della birra. Inizialmente la producevo in casa ma ad un certo punto ho capito che volevo approfondire le mie conoscenze. Iniziai allora un percorso alla scuola di Padova per birrai. Terminata la scuola ho iniziato a esplorare gli stili di birra in giro per il mondo: in Belgio e in Repubblica Ceca dove la birra non è solo pane quotidiano è cultura!
Ero pronto per iniziare il mio microbirrificio e mettere a buon frutto le mie conoscenze!

Our beers: style Blonde Ale, EVERGREEN is a fresh and thirst-quenching light beer, produced with a good percentage of wheat.  American Pale Ale with an amber color that reserves an unmistakable taste and aroma. The dark in style Oatmeal Stout, presents itself with a fine cappuccino-colored head of foam and aintense aroma with hints of chocolatecoffee And licorice. The beer Honey Ale produced using Tuscan multi-flower honey! You can't miss the Season spiced with orange peel, coriander seeds and elderflowers. Are you a fan of English football? Barley Wine in English style with a high alcohol content. The special, the Chestnut, our 6° beer, produced with flour of chestnuts from Valdarno. To sip by the sea?Flamingo, our beer in Gose style, produced using pink Himalayan salt to give her a feeling 'Salty' on the palate. Limited edition?
