A specialty prepared with the bianchetto truffle: It has a short harvest period, the bianchetto truffle is widespread throughout the world. It is rather small in size, smooth and dark ochre in color, with an intense and characteristic scent that recalls garlic, the aroma is intense.

Delicate and tasty, our cream is prepared with Aged Pecorino Cheese , Fresh butter and Bianchetto Truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.). Perfect for seasoning fresh pasta or a first course.
L’utilizzo della nostra crema di Cacio e pepe al tartufo è perfetta per preparare per condire la pasta insieme e per un ottimo truffle risotto. You can dilute the cream in a pan with cooking water and butter, or with oil. You can also use it to sauté fresh pasta like gnocchi.
Pairings: perfect for using it to sauté first courses and for fresh pasta, to prepare delicious risottos.
Usage tips: Do not cook but slightly heat the cream to avoid losing the truffle flavour.
Recommended dose: approximately 20 g of truffle cream per person.
