The strawberry grape jam is perfect for (re) discovering this fruit, combining it with warm slices of bread (and why not, perhaps homemade) for a breakfast full of flavor, or, it is equally well suited to accompany aged cheeses, at the end of a meal.

The jam, in fact, is perfect for a crumbly breakfast tart! Recipe? Super easy! Let's start by reviewing the recipe for the shortcrust pastry: add the powders (flour, vanilla and yeast) to the eggs and sugar, in their respective quantities, that is, 350 gr of flour, a pinch of yeast, two yolks and a whole egg, 160 gr of butter and sugar, a bag of vanillin, mix everything until you get a firm stick, let it rest in the fridge for a few hours and that's it!

After spreading the pastry, transfer it to a greased mold, then stuff it with 250 grams of strawberry grape jam, decorating it with the leftover shortcrust pastry. We bake and bake at 180 ° for half an hour, making sure to cook the pastry evenly, taking on a golden hue.

Serve warm, at any time of day!
